I am new about Teamviewer but already annoyed about it. It is two days that I am trying to connect my laptop with my home computer but every time I try to do it the system is asking my to validate my account. To do this validation I need to put my phone number to which the system should send an SMS with some kind of code but every time the following message come out: "unknown error" and the process stop.
Summary: two days that I am wasting my time to try to be connected with my home computer.
To be clear: on my home computer there is installed Teamviewer, the computer looks on line but I can not connect it.
I have a free license because I want, if possible, to use TeamViewer as a private
