My Partner downloaded Teamviewer and has an ID.
When I try to connect, there is a message at the bottom that says "Ready to connect". I enter my Partner's ID and click Connect. The message at the bottom changes to Connecting... and just sits there.
I use TeamViewer frequently with six other Partners, and have never had any problems.
How do I fix this?
