Is the separate client terminal server capable?
The stand alone client of TeamViewer Meeting is compatible with Terminal Servers.
How many video participants at the same time?
Currently, up to 10 participants can show their video in a TeamViewer Meeting call.
Can participants join via web portal?
Not yet.

Do participants need a license? Who needs a license?
No, participants do not need a license. A license is needed to host meeting of up to 50, 100 or 300 participants or to access other features. For details please visit our website: https://www.teamviewer.com/en/meeting/pricing/
Can you select the screen application you do not want to show on screen share as you could with the old version?
Yes, once you share your screen you can decide which screen or which application you want to present:
Is scheduling recurring meetings possible?
Yes, via the Scheduler you can plan recurring meetings with a non-changing Meeting ID and fixed password for all participants. Learn more about it here:
Can I record meetings if I’m not sharing my screen?
This is currently not possible, but we are planning to have this functionality later this year.
Can you record the video stream of the participants?
This is currently not possible, but we are planning to have this functionality later this year.
Is TeamViewer Meeting recognizing how many people I can invite to a meeting?
Currently, there is no such recognizing. However, the number of participants joining a meeting is determinate by the license. All invited participants can join until the license limit is reached. In principle, we follow the approach: First come, first serve.
Can a participant share their screen?
Yes, if the Organizer allows it, participants can present their screen.
Where can I see if my license offers 10 or 25 participants?
If you purchased your TeamViewer license before 16 December 2020 then you will have 25 meeting participants. All license purchases after that date will have 10 meeting participants.
Does TeamViewer Meeting also support David (Tobit) inviting
No, it does not.
Can I increase the number of participants for single meetings?
Currently, this is not possible, but you can upgrade your license for larger meetings or buy an additional license that allows larger meetings for a month.
For support, we use Quick Support, which customers do not need to install. What tool would that be for the TeamViewer meeting function? So on the customer side without installing any software.
We are working on a browser-based version of the application. Until we release this browser-based version, the QuickJoin module is still available.
I look after the technology, does someone else in the company with the use of the meeting also have access to the remote maintenance?
Remote access needs to be set up. Automatically, there is of course no such access.
In case a person has the needed remote access information (TeamViewer ID for remote access and password), a connection is generally possible. You can e.g. share groups for remote access within the computers & contacts list. However, this needs to be set up.
I am currently using an old version (version 8) across all my computers. Do i have to upgrade my version to access the meeting option?
Yes, you need to use TeamViewer in version 15.13 or higher to use the new TeamViewer meeting.
So users can really call in for free without it costing us?
TeamViewer Meeting offers more than 50 dial-in numbers free of charge.
TeamViewer Meeting does not charge any fees, please consider your domestic rate costs with your service provider.
The Dial In feature is only available to licensed users.
Is there a limitation to the number of meeting minutes or hours?
No, there is no such limitation.
And what about integration with TeamViewer contacts?
There is only one TeamViewer Account that works across all TeamViewer products. Once you saved a contact within your TeamViewer account, you can also use it for TeamViewer Meeting.
