Installation Issue

I uninstalled Team Viewer. When I re-installed it I started to install when I got a window that opened up "Authentication required - The options dialog is protected with a password. Please enter the password to access the options dialog." I have tried my password that I created for my profile and it doesn't work. So what password are they looking for?
