when connected to remote computer and running *** there is a echo/feedback

We are setting up a computer to be run remotely for couple in their 90s so that the can view on **Information removed as per Community Guidelines** but when stayed hooked up it causes a feed back loop and when we disconnect it leaves a box in center of screen is there a way to remove box or move to lower part of screen.
