Could this be a problem on a TeamViewer server?

There was an error rendering this rich post.

I just remotely controlled several customers via TeamViewer, and suddenly the program dropped out. Now I do not get access to anything, but only a message that I have to check my Internet connection. I uninstalled TeamViewer, and reinstalled, without any change.

Hi Esther.

After approx. one hour the connection suddenly came back again without my help. The strange thing was that I always had an Internet connection.

I have never experienced this in my many years with TeamViewer.
