Problem with my premium licence

I have problem with my TeamViewer Premium licence (Account ID: [personal information removed]). It is expiring on 11/5/2021 (November). From this Saturday, I can not anymore use my premium account. It says that I user free version, and that my trial period has experied. In my Management Console also says that there is no licence, and that I use free version. I have several e-mail administration account, and on everyone is the same. So, at the moment I can’t use TV because it say that I use it in non-commercial use. I use Teamviewer more than 3 years and this is first time I have such a big problem. When I try to add my licence code I got in November, it say that isn't valid.
