Licensed teamviewer 6 connection error

My teamviewer 6 with a license number give an error " not ready, check your connection "

What can i do to get my teamviewer 6 up and running....

Hi @Dehemel1975

TeamViewer 6 has been sunsetted more than a year ago already. We provided a free and automatic license upgrade of version 5 - 7 to TeamViewer 9 as communicated per email and here. I recommend installing TeamViewer 9 and check whether it works. If not, you might want to reach out to the support team to get your license key checked.
