We have a number of licenses in our office, recently a member of staff has left and we need to change the license to a different user account. Is this possible?

Yes - you can transfer a license to a different account.
Depending on your license type, the way of doing is changed, therefore, I recommend contacting our support team.
Please provide the current TeamViewer account and new TeamViewer account that you would like to license in the support ticket so our support team will advise you further individually.
