MacOS -Can't see the remote desktop or initiate control

Hi,

I haven't had any luck trying to connect to a Mac for remote support. I have the user give TeamViewer access and drive permissions, but I can't see the desktop (grayed out) or use any controls. We're using version 15.124.5. Any advice?
