Mac running Sierra 10.12.6 - can I find an older version that I can install?
Hello @Andy_D3820,
Are you using the free version or a paid license?
Hello @Andy_D3820 and @MacMind,
The site given is correct. However, please keep in mind that if you are using the free version, you must use the latest version on both sides of the connection.
You will find all the information you need in our Knowledge Base article here: Enjoy using the best version of TeamViewer we made so far! - How to proceed?
📌Note: If the hardware used on the local or on the remote side of the connection is not compatible with the latest version (please see our compatibility article here: Compatibility macOS, there is, unfortunately, nothing we can do to make the free version work. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
Yes, you can find them here:

Thanks for the help, JeanK. It clears up my question. I looks like I will have to buy a new Mac to run it.😁
I am using the free version. I’ll try the site that MacMind suggests and hopefully that will be fine.
Oh no...🙈😓😁
