We have a few dozen machines around the office, all macs. They range from El Capitan to Catalina. Some have the full app, most just have host. They ALL have the same problem of anywhere between 12 hours and about two weeks, they all eventually end up showing a dash for the ID and Password.
I've double checked the settings in TeamViewer Preferences and in System Preferences > Security & Privacy and they're all showing Full Access.
Sometimes re-launching the app works, other times the entire machine needs to be rebooted to fix it.
Some searching shows people having this problem going several years back, but most of them ended with no resolution.
