ver 8 automatic upgrade to 13

does not appear to have happened. Host was recently upgraded from 16.04 to 18.04.

/opt/teamviewer8/tv_bin/script/teamviewer no longer runs and no error messages

I see no place to download older versions like 13 so how do I get the end of life upgrade?
