Not Receiving Device Authorization Emails

I have a friend who has a free account and is attempting to log in from a new device. She logs in and waits for the authorization emails, but they never come. We have checked her spam/junk mail, etc. and finally contacted her IT department. Their mail logs show nothing at all coming in from the @teamviewer domain. From what I have seen, I believe they should be coming from [email protected] Has anyone else experienced this? Is her account locked out or blacklisted somehow?
