To activate your Business TeamViewer 12 license on a new device, you simply need to open TeamViewer, go to Options, go to Activate license and enter your license key and press OK (the license key is indicated on your invoice).
I have the same problem. When I click "Activate License," it just opens the management portal and does nothing.
I confirm that your license is already activated on your account.
This is why nothing happens when using the activation link.
