Why does TeamViewer Remote Access client say Free License when I have paid?

Please help. I have purchased a TeamViewer Remote Access licence (3base devices).

The customer portal acknowledges that my license is active. However when I login to the client application, using the same email and password, it says I have the Free version and will not let me connect to my remote device as it thinks I am using it commercially and wants me to purchase a license - which I have already done!

Does anyone have any advice?

When I try to raise a support ticket it forces me here or to the knowledge base.
