There is problem with Team Viewer - Tensor. Many users not able to connect Team Viewer In India from pat 4 hours. Error - Could not connect to router. Unable to connect. can anybody tell me root cause please.

We had a scheduled Maintenance on 27th of February. This could be a reason why it did not work temporarily.

If you are still facing the connectivity issue, it could be a different reason, therefore please wait for an answer from our customer support representative via the support ticket that you have submitted.

While waiting, please check the following things:

• Please check if both devices are the latest version.
• Please check the Supported operating systems.
• Please check If the internet works on both devices.
• Please check if restarting TeamViewer works on both devices.
