There is problem with Team Viewer - Tensor. Many users not able to connect Team Viewer.

There is problem with Team Viewer - Tensor. Many users not able to connect Team Viewer In India from pat 4 hours. Error - Could not connect to router. Unable to connect. can anybody tell me root cause please.

We had a scheduled Maintenance on 27th of February. This could be a reason why it did not work temporarily.

If you are still facing the connectivity issue, it could be a different reason, therefore please wait for an answer from our customer support representative via the support ticket that you have submitted.

While waiting, please check the following things:

Please check if both devices are the latest version.
Please check the Supported operating systems.
Please check If the internet works on both devices.
Please check if restarting TeamViewer works on both devices.
