We took over a company as a running concern who had a TeamViewer account (not my private use account I'm using to access the Community), we also took over the website and email domain.
We often receive marketing materials from **Information removed as per Community Guidelines** but never any account information. A few weeks back we received a "letter of demand" from www.creditreform-goeppingen.de for outstanding TeamViewer fees. We attempted to get into the Teamviewer account but to no avail, non of the password reset options will send data to the mailbox.
I then contacted the +2721 1003179 TeamViewer South African contact number. After a big struggle the agent was able to find the account. He tried to resend the invoice data to us whilst I monitored the inbox but no data after about 10min. Hoped that the email would arrive but nothing. Sending reply emails to www.creditreform-goeppingen.de has no response.
We would like to settle the account and cancel the account but getting no joy with this. How do we go about?
