I have a list of users and i can share those groups with my techs, but if they add users I cant see them unless they share. Shouldn't I always be able to at least see how my techs are using the program?

TeamViewer has been designed in a way, that the admin is not able to see the Computers and Contacts list of the users.
However, if the situation requires it, the admin is able to reset the password of the user's account, and therefore gain access to it.
