After setting remote connection not able to click/open the session tab

Hi

I have installed teamviewer's latest version 15.15 on Ubuntu 18.04 version. When I filled the partner id and password it does get connect and open another tab. But I am not able to click on that remote session tab. I have seen the community page of https://community.teamviewer.com/English/kb/articles/4773-why-do-i-only-see-a-black-screen-after-connection-establishment but I don't see any of those issues in my case. I am trying to set up a connect within two Ubuntu stations.

Please provide me any suggestions that I can try.
