Touch issues with version iOS

I haven’t used the iOS version of Teamviewer for awhile, I’m logging into a MacBook Pro and I use the mouse interactions option, when I touch the screen to gesture a click it simulated a right click, I have to double tap to perform a left click, I can’t find anything in settings to change this.
