I have two groups which I am unable to delete. When I try to delete them it reports "The Group you are trying to delete is not empty". Yet, when I expand the groups they appear to be empty"

Are you viewing these in the Management Console or the TeamViewer application?
If in the TeamViewer application, you may have the option to have 'Offline Computers & Contacts in a separate group" activated.
Please log into the Management Console and check the groups here. You may see some offline devices still in the group. Delete these devices and you should be good to go.
Alternatively, you can turn off this setting in the Computers & Contacts settings of the TeamViewer application (the first checkbox in the Computers & Contacts settings).
Same problem here, but cannot delete devices in the management console. Why not?
Update: Figured it out--didn't notice the "Delete" option in "Properties".
