When a technician tries to connect to a session, it immediately closes. Logs state error 400 session ID not found, however both endpoints state ready and have ID's.

I recommend you to firstly restart the TeamViewer service on your computer.
If this does not solve the issue, you will need to restart the TeamViewer service on the remote computer as well.
