I downloaded and installed both Teamviewer and Teamviewer Quick Support on my Mac. When my IT guy tries to remote manage, he gets a message that I am using an older version and that I need to upgrade, this despite just having downloaded and installed the newest versions. He has tried using both Mac and PC.
Likewise, when I try to remote manage his computer, I get the message that he is using a newer version than me and that I need to upgrade.
This is now becoming a problem and perplexing given this is the latest versions published on TW's website.
I am using OS X 10.6.8 (highest available to me on my 32-bit platform).
