Conection from android to mac without a toolbar

Hy, I am conecting to my android phone from my mac device but the screen that pops up is just to small. When I use my windows PC I have a toolbar that helps me change the view setting and so on make me able to control my phone, but on mac that is not the case. So how can I enable the toolbar on mac?
