enabling remote control on QuickSupport

I have QuickSupport on my Samsung A6 and it works correctly, I can view and remote control the phone from my computer. I recently purchased a Samsung A21 and installed QuickSupport, I can see the screen on the phone but can not use the remote control.

How do I enable remote control on my new phone?
