Hackers claiming they were from Amazon installed TeamViewer on my iPhone XR. They were able to open my banking app.
Is uninstalling the app and changing my passwords enough? Is there any way to verify they haven’t installed a key logger app?

First of all, as long as you uninstall the app, no one able to connect to your device. Also when connecting to an iOS device, only screen sharing is available, which means that a remote side is not able to control an iOS device. On top of that, unattended access isn't available on iOS, which means that only when you accept their access on your iOS device, they can connect to your iOS device.
