Teamviewer updated on both ends but still can't access

Hello,

I have latest version of Teamviewer installed on both ends (15.15.5) and each time I need to connect from a side to another I receive a message that the remote teamviewer is having an older version. I checked Help->Check for updates on both ends and there is no update to install.
