Audio not working

I can't hear the audio from the remote computer. Can you please help? I am trying to hear audio from a recording in Garage Band on a Mac computer.

I have the same issue on TeamViewer for MacOS managing a remote Windows 10 PC. Doesn't work regardless of whether I choose "standard playback device" or any of the speakers in Settings-Audio.
