How do i report unauthorised access?

Good Day all,

Just looking to report unauthorised access to my comp from a TV account i left with an unchanged password (yes i know bad bad bad). I don't expect anything of it but i do want to flag the account i found in my logfile so that the user can possibly be banned from using that account again... or is this not worth it since they may be using a VM and would just reroll a new TV?
