When you disable mouse pointer for someone in the TeamViewer panel (the popup thing that shows who is connected) and they click somewhere on the screen a blue pointing arrow is shown instead as they can't control the mouse.
How do I show the pointing arrow without disabling my own input? I know I can connect a 2nd session to the same user and disable input on that and use it for pointing but it is a clunky workaround and doubles my bandwidth requirement when some of these users I support have low bandwidth.
When I want to point out something on the screen to a remote user how do I make this blue arrow come up without disabling my own input?
Thanks
