Mirror from PC to Android TV

Hi there,

We will be gathering at my home for my grandparent passing for a ceremony in memory of our grandparent.

I have logged into teamviewer, followed all procedures and all the way up to connecting to my Kogan Android Smart TV.

On the TV I have downloaded Teamviewer Host and Teamviewer Support.

As soon as I click connect on my PC, the tv will automatically have a "add on download". After clicking accept on the TV to download, it says "download cannot be found".

I have tried to call up to Teamviewer, but it seems like there is no phone support. I have also tried all avenues to redownload the apps on the TV and PC.

Will anyone be able to guide me as this will be urgent :( . Thank you again.
