Hi,

We have just migrated from TV8 to TV15. We have 600 groups and we are currently seeing a problem where if a new user is added that each individual group has to be shared with this user to give them access to that group.

Is there anyway to share multiple groups to a single user?

or anyway to give a group shared access to every user so if a new user is added then they have access to that group on creation?

Hello @CraigR,

There is currently no automated process for sharing a group with a newly created user.

The sharing must occur manually by the owner of the group(s).
