Unable to view the license in my account- payed and no service
I had purchased a license for Remote Access [ to 3 devices ] on 26-Mar-2020 - I used it for almost a year, but now it does not permit me to connect.
It seems as if it has not been activated because it is paid and it appears to me as if it were a free account.
The subcription has automatically renewed and my credit card has been billed on 26-Mar-2021
I have been shearching for help more than 2 weeks and you do not asnwer the PHONE, I do not now ANY EMAIL ADRESS to reach you.
Please I need your help, this is very annoying!
