Hi,
My company has a corporate license, maximum 200 users and 3 concurrent user licenses.
Management has asked, what happens if a 4th person tries to access when all 3 other licenses are in use?
Hello @IanStewart
Thanks for your post.
If all channels are currently in use and another user attempts a connection, that user would encounter a message informing them of no available channels, and to please wait until one becomes available.
As mentioned in the previous post below, Windows users can view channel use in the Help-> About TeamViewer window, to see which ID is currently in sessions.
Hope this helps clarify 🍀
thanks Josh, much appreciated.
Our company has a corporate license for TeamViewer, where each user has an account created under our company name with their name and contact details. We have 2 factor authentication enabled too, so you know we are who we say we are when we log in. With all this, the best you can do is to show the TeamViewer ID for registered users in our company in the "Current License User" channel use window? Come on TeamViewer, this has to be a very simple code change that could make your customer's lives so much easier. Maybe you could show both the TeamViewer ID and name/email of the current license users.
