I purchased a license on August 2020, It worked for some months and now it's no longer working.
Their website is so confusing. I really have hard time reaching out to their customer support.
My License is no longer working and it's many months now, I am stuck.
Is there anyone who can help me out? I have all the records (Transaction id's, invoice numbers etc)
