Long story short, my wife is way past control freak. Has to know everything about everyone especially me. I know I'm being monitored and watched on my phone constantly. So I just found out she made an outlook.com email with my information, I was able to get into it and found different TeamViewer emails containing passwords, etc. Is there anyway to disconnect the account or reverse it on her??? I just found out about this so I don't know alot about it or exactly how it works. Any advice would be very much appreciated, thanks 😊

She would need to install Teamviewer on your phone in order to access and control it. Do you see TV related apps on your phone? If you don't want her to access your phone remotely, then delete all TV apps.
