I am trying to set up the ability to get remote access to my parents computer to help with general computer issues that arise. We are visiting and I have been unable to connect to their Chromebook. Is there a setting or something that I need to change. I logged into their chromebook with my account, and added it to "My Computers". I then logged out of my account and into their account on their chromebook. I log into my account on my laptop and when i try and connect I get this error. "Either your partner isnt connected to the internet or your partners teamviewer isnt running yet. I beleive it is connected and running, but I must not have the chromebook properly configured somehow.
