I am having trouble understanding the TeamViewer integration in Jira Server. I have added the app, and the custom field and signed in. However, when I create a session, it does not add a comment to the customer.
Do I need to attach it to a certain screen? is there any additional config needed?
Also if anyone could help me understand licensed users vs not that would be great. TIA

Thank you for reposting the guide only. however it is not helpful in me understanding how to get it to function as described in that article.
In this screen shot I had to manually find the link for the join session and copy and paste it myself.
