I'm trying to help an elderly realtive who can't manage to install the full version of TeamViewer.
implies that I can connect using QuickSupport and then install the full version on their computer.
however, having connected using QS, the instructions supplied online make no sense.
is there really no documentation which steps through the process? the article is unclear about what is done from where.
hopefully someone can explain the process better.
