installing full version using Quicksupport

I have free full TeamViewer installed (Computer A) and am trying to help relative abroad (computer B).

Computer B loads QuickSupport and I can connect using TeamViewer on computer A.

How do I then install full version of Teamviewer on computer B? If I download install file on computer B, it says I need to close open Teamviewer session, which drops the connection.

The process doesn''t seem to match that described in https://community.teamviewer.com/English/kb/articles/13004-install-teamviewer-host-via-the-quick-support-module

I can't a step by step guide anywhere online.
