Edit profile does not work, why?!

I can't upload the screenshot, because unfortunately it doesn't work either!

There is nothing in Management Console! It is fully empty!
Hi there,
there is no separate TeamViewer Pilot account, but you can edit your profile within the Management Console or in the TeamViewer full version under Extras --> Options --> Computers & Contacts.
