Hello,I’m from China mainland , my cell phone number was bound to my former boss’s account , I can’t contact him , and I don’t know what his account is . How can I bind my cell phone number to my own account .

Thank you for posting and Thank you @JeanK for passing over.
Unfortunately that TeamViewer is unable to unlink the mobile number with TeamViewer account at this stage.
The possible workaround at the moment for this issue is to delete the TeamViewer account via TeamViewer Management Console.
HOWEVER, all the contacts and TeamViewer IDs will be deleted with the account at the same time and the action can not be revoked. The corresponding mobile number linked with previous account can not be used for any new account verification within 2 months. And this action will have to complete from your boss's TeamViewer account.

I think there is no chance to bind your phone without contact to your boss.

It is not possible to bind a cell phone number to a TeamViewer account.
Could you be a little more specific? What is exactly your issue?
Could you please send some relevant screenshots?
When I use TeamViewer (the free version) ,I have to provide a cell phone number , but my number was already users by someone else . when I launch teamviewer ,it asked me to provide a cell phone number , I input my number , it said the number had been used . I think one cell phone number only can bind to one teamviewer ID .
ps:It’s China, it is what it is.

I'm located in Shanghai and now I'm foced to validate my accoutn with a phone number.
I tried 2 valid Chinese mobile number and for both I get the infomration that they are invalid.
What else can I do?
