We are actually on version 15.10.5 on a large company (~3500).
When we connect on a user machine, we often have an issue where Teamviewer seems to freeze. We can only see the user's desktop, but cant control anything. On the user's end, we still see the mouse moving, so the connexion is still active, but we cant do anything. We need to disconnect and reconnect.
This does not happen on every users, and we cant say its a connexion speed issue since it can happen on a very good connexion, but on some users, its very hard to work on the remote machine because it freezes every 30 seconds.
We tried to change the quality display, but it didnt change a thing.
What could be the issue ?
