Teamviewer freezing

We are actually on version 15.10.5 on a large company (~3500).

When we connect on a user machine, we often have an issue where Teamviewer seems to freeze. We can only see the user's desktop, but cant control anything. On the user's end, we still see the mouse moving, so the connexion is still active, but we cant do anything. We need to disconnect and reconnect.

This does not happen on every users, and we cant say its a connexion speed issue since it can happen on a very good connexion, but on some users, its very hard to work on the remote machine because it freezes every 30 seconds.

We tried to change the quality display, but it didnt change a thing.

What could be the issue ?

    HI Michel,

    can you update the software on some devices to TeamViewer 15.16 and test whether this resolves the issue?

    Next week, there will be our monthly release for 15.17. Maybe it makes sense to plan a rollout of the new version to all devices.

    Ran into this issue with a user as well, suddenly an issue. Constant freezing, mouse input not recognized. Tried disabling UDP and adjusting display settings but didn't resolve the issue. Finally "Disabled Remote Input" on a whim and it cleared the issue. May be unrelated, but thought would post this if it helps anyone else
