    TV has no support for free version..anymore. They don't care if you got timed out (as we all are now experiencing) They will NOT reset the suspected commercial use **bleep** flag. No one returns emails from support and the 'online RESET form' is NON-Functional.

    Same issue. I received the message that commercial use was suspected when I tried to access my home computer from my laptop--the same connection I always use when I travel. I am retired. I am strictly using this "free" version to pull up documents saved on my home computer and to enter things into my personal QuickBooks. I submitted a ticket as directed to have someone review and reactivate my account but have not heard back from anybody and still can't access my home computer from my laptop. I appreciate that this is a "free service, but if you don't want to support it, DON'T OFFER IT.
