I've installed TV 15.16 on an iPad running IOS 14. The install went fine. I have it's TV id. However, I can't find the PW needed to let me connect to it from another device. Where can I find the PW?

The regular TeamViewer Remote control app is only for outgoing connections.
If the iPad is on the receiver side, you need to install TeamViewer QuickSupport on your iPad.
You can find TeamViewer QuickSupport in the AppStore:
The QuickSupport will generate a TeamViewer ID and a random password.
