Connection Loop

Hi, I'm attempting to connect to an industrial PC with windows 10 IoT Enterprise using TeamViewer 11. The connection status on the grey bar at the bottom of the app is ok. It goes trough "connecting" and "authenticating" but after does steps, it return to the default status "Ready to connect( secure connection)". Any ideas on what seems to be the problem?

    Hello @Benjamin05

    There is a known bug that if you are logged into any account that is using a different email than the one you are using for TeamViewer. This can give connection issues.

    Please log out of any account that isn't yours and try again.
