Why do I keep getting an unable to connect message?
The message states my partner isn't connected to the internet or teamviewer isn't running yet but i see that it is signed in.

I recommend restarting the TeamViewer service on your computer.
If this does not solve the issue, you will need to restart the TeamViewer service on the remote computer as well.

If I can not remote in to the other computer with team viewer how do I restart their team viewer? Restarting mine did not work. Also some sites I can remote in to and some sites I can not.

The video above I need more details on the instructions. Like how do I bring up that "run" box? Is that on my computer or the remoted computer? If on remoted computer how do you access it if you can't remote in?
