My corporate license is showing free non commercial use and ask for upgrade after i updated my TV app from ver. 12 to 15? isn't it should be work on any version for corporate license? Please help thank you

If you have purchased a lifetime license (which is your case), the license is only valid with the license version you have bought.
If you need to use TeamViewer with any versions, you need to upgrade your license to a subscription.

Thanks a lot. But i did contact the IT department on my side they said my account should works with any version. i am confused now not sure which side is right 😅
If your IT department confirms that your company bought a subscription, then it might be the case that you were not logged in with your TeamViewer credentials within the TeamViewer application and therefore, the system could not recognize your license.
Please make sure you are logged in with the TeamViewer credentials the IT department has set up for you:
