TFA for connections doesn't work when connecting from IOS app->device

Hi,

Like the title says it's not possible to connect from the Teamviewer IOS app to a computer that has that same IOS device set up to approve TFA for connections. It just tries to authenticate, but in the app it never gives the option to do so.

A fix for that would be nice, or just let any universal 2FA app be able to use your QR code.

I can't find where to post bugs/issues, so I'll just leave it here.

Same thing here. I enabled 2FA on works PC and then could not use it from home. I get the alert on iPhone but it does not ask me to approve or deny the connection.

Had to drive back to office to disable 2FA again.

    Hi @Juun89 and @Steven_Powell

    Thanks for your reports.

I checked with the Product Owner for this feature and he confirmed that some iOS devices are not always getting the options to allow/deny connections. Usually reinstalling the app and registering again solves the problem.

A fix for this is scheduled for the next release!

    I apologize for the hassle.
